TRAVEL INSURANCE: We strongly recommend you to purchase travel insurance to provide coverage for loss deposit, cancellation fees, medical expenses, lost baggage and other potential travel-related losses under certain circumstances. Such insurance must be purchased directly on our website.

PASSPORT/VISAS: All travelers require a valid passport and in some instances: Visas. It is the passenger responsibility to have a valid passport and the necessary visas for the countries visited. A valid passport with at least 6 months validation is required to travel to French Polynesia. All other passport holders must check with your embassy consulate.
CANCELLATIONS: Deposit per person is non-refundable
at any time of the reservation. (From deposit date to Group's departure date). If you cannot go on the trip, you have the possibility to find someone else to take your spot, at least 60 days before departure. We strongly recommend you to purchase travel insurance to provide coverage for loss deposit or cancellation fees.
MODIFICATIONS: Any modification made less than 60 days prior to departure will incur a fee of a minimum of $250 per modification. The cost of the trip may need to be recalculated depending on the modifications made.
OUR RATES CURRENCY: Our prices are quoted in US Dollars and are calculated based on current tariffs and rates of exchanges as of the day of the quote will be given to you.
REFUNDS AND UNUSED SERVICES:
Travel arrangements cancelled, amended or altered within 24 hours of your departure or once travel has commenced do not qualify for any refund whatsoever, nor can components be substituted for alternative arrangements. Any unsused services are not refundable.
What's not included ? Items of a personal nature such as laundry, drinks, telephone, Fax, Internet charges, visas and passports fees, vaccinations, meals not specified, gratuities...

How do i get in touch with my loved ones while travelling ? Wifi Tahiti.
How much spending money will i need ? It all depends on you. If you are planning to buy some souvenirs like Pearls or other things, or if you decide to try have some local meals at restaurants, you may want to add a couple more dollars.
We recommend you to carry a bit of cash and a credit card.
Credit cards are widely used throughout the main islands like Visa, mastercards and American express. You will also need to carry cash for some stores, restaurants or bus transportation etc...
If i am younger than 18 years old, do i need a chaperone ?
If you are under 18 years old, you will need to be accompanied by an adult (a parent, grandparent, legal guardian, teacher, professor etc...) and you will need to fill out a parental consent form with a notarized letter of permission from absent parents.

Do i need vaccination ? There is no required vaccinations for French Polynesia, but we do recommend you to visit a local clinic or talk to your doctor if there's any vaccination you need based on your vaccination history.
Is French Polynesia a safe country ?
French Polynesia is very safe country to travel around. However like any country in the world, even in your home country, there's is a possibility of some dangers, so it is important to exercise some common sense like in any other tourist destinations in the world.
What is the local Currency ?
The currency used in French Polynesia is the French Pacific Francs abbreviated XPF or CFP.
We recommend you to exchange your money before arriving to Tahiti. If not, there are banks available at the airport for exchange.
Do i need to tip ? Tipping is not a customary in French Polynesia and is therefore not expected. If you choose to tip for exemplary service, the gesture is always welcomed and appreciated.
What should i wear ? Tahiti is a tropical destination blessed with continous sunshine and just enough rain to keep everything lush. The air temperature can vary between 75 and 85 degrees Fahrenheit or 24 to 30 degrees Celcius.
The climate and lifestyle call for casual and comfortable clothing.
ESSENTIALS: You will want to pack sunscreen, hats, sunglasses, swimsuits, light clothing, reef shoes, sandals, bug repellent and your own prescription medecine. Don't forget to bring your own camera to capture every moment.
